BOOKING POLICY:

Reservations for 3 or more hours of treatment will be taken with cash deposit, EFT, enclosed credit card payment authorization or a valid gift voucher.

CHECK-IN POLICY:

Please check-in with reception at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When rescheduling or cancelling reserved appointments, we require notice as our therapists are scheduled especially for you. Cancellations after the required time or failure to attend may result in a full treatment charge being levied against you.

LATE POLICY:

Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment the therapist will attempt to provide as much of the treatment as possible in the remaining time allocated for your appointment.

TREATMENT POLICY:

The order of treatments specified may change at the discretion of the therapist and at all times specified are guidelines only and include check-in and check-out.

Only clients receiving treatments will be allowed in treatment rooms. Person/s accompanying the client will remain in the reception area. For safety and health reasons and consideration of other clients, children will not be allowed in treatment areas.

CELLULAR PHONES:

Cell phones may only be used in the reception area. If for any reason should your cell phone need to be left switched on, kindly have it in silent mode.
